★ PRICE SHEET! ★★ FAQs ★By commissioning Fat Cat Studios, you agree to the following:★ Commissions are accepted after discussion and all references/ideas have been gathered.
Please use Discord for any comments or questions you may have! We will be using our personal discord that is just us and you for easy communication.
If you cannot use Discord, the next best way to contact us is thru Bluesky.★ If you have major changes/redesigns please tell the before most of the build is done (75%). If you do so any later, an additional fee will be added.
Small changes are expected to be made and we will happily do them!
We will give updates via Discord so you can keep up with what we have done so far★ You will need to add both of us + give all house rights.
If only one of use is able to make a character, we will collaborate together when building.★ We respectfully ask you to avoid entering the house once work begins.
Unless we ask you to come check in on progress.★ If this a rush build, an additional fee will be added.★ Please do not add or remove any furniture once we begin work.
If certain untradeable items are required, please put them in storage beforehand.
A list of said items are here★ Upon completion we will take pictures of your home to be added to our portfolio.
If you wish to be kept private, we will not add your Area/Ward/Plot★ Please do not take credit for our work. If you post the finished build on other platforms, please credit us.
If the building is a venue/gets a lot of traffic, please credit us either in the guestbook or on your personal site/Discord★ Most of our alts will only have access to the 3 main cities (Mist, Goblet, and Lavender Beds).

Process

★ Once building begins, we need full access to the house + all rights.★ Any and all communication on the building process and feedback will be communicated via Discord.
If any issues arise that we cannot use Discord, you may contact either of us on Bsky★ Once the build is complete, a tour will be given.
Any minor changes you would like can/will be done during the tour
If you would like a full or partial remodel, we will discuss changes and if there needs to be additional funds to cover cost.
