Do you use Makeplace? - We do not.I want this exact design. Can you copy it? - No. We can draw inspiration from it, like similar color schemes or aesthetics, but we will not do a 1:1 build of someone else's work.I have changes to be made! - That's fine! As long as they are early enough in the building process we can accommodate them.I don't like the finished product. Can you start over? - You have one week to contact us if you wish to do a complete overhaul. Depending on how big of a change you want, it could potentially be treated as a new commission.I am NOT trusting the process... - By all means let us know! We are open to discussion and criticism! Please don't let your concerns or questions be left unheard.I already have one floor built. Can you do the others? - We don't mind doing it, but would rather not overall.

★ Process ★Commissions are accepted after discussion and all references/ideas have been gathered.

You will need to add both of us + all house rights. Most of our alts will have access to the three main cities.

We respectfully ask you to avoid entering the house once work begins. We will provide WIPs or ask you to check it out! Any and all communication will be via Discord.

Any major changes or redesigns you have please tell us before most of the build is done (75%).

Please do not add or remove furniture once we begin work. All items should already be in storage/on the floor.

Upon completion, we will take pictures to add to our portfolio. If you wish to be kept private, we will not share Area/Ward/Plot.

Please do not take credit for our work. If you post the finished product on social media please credit us.

Once the build is complete we will give a tour. This allows for any minor changes to be made.

Any items that cannot be traded, sold on MB, or otherwise hard to get you MUST provide yourself.
